Apple Service
We know our Macs. Whether you’re getting a sad Mac on your old Performa 6100 or having trouble with the built in iSight on your MacBook, our techs will get your Apple running the way it is supposed to. As an Apple Certified Service Specialist, we can perform all AppleCare warranty work. If you are covered under AppleCare and have any questions, please try reading our AppleCare FAQ (click here).
Macintosh Service Rates:
Normal: $95 per hour (3-5 day resolution time)
Priority: $75 additional fee to have a diagnosis within 24 hours upon check-in *
Express: $175/hour. * (2 hour minimum)
Our technicians will begin to work immediately on your machine once it is checked in.
*AppleCare does not cover Priority or Express fees.
On-site service.
Our technicians can come to your home or place of business. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment. Service-rates: $135/hour (destination time included) Service contracts are also available. Please consult the Service Manager for more details.
